So many times, I've talked to people who have mistaken modular homes as mobile homes or manufactured homes. I get it, very little is marketed on this way of construction. It is the same but stronger and more efficient than conventional "stick built" on site homes. A modular home is made of the same materials but built in a factory in sections to be assembled on your land. As a result, quality is consistent, your home is not open to the elements during the construction process. Materials are used more efficiently which is better for the environment and all leading to a lower cost to build that is passed on to you, the customer.
